Orders
How do I place an order?
Choose your size, add the item to your bag and check out. You receive an order confirmation by email straight away.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn't been dispatched yet. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday).

Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to the United Kingdom.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on all orders, with no minimum spend.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery is free on all UK orders. Orders are dispatched in 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday) and delivered in 4–9 business days (Monday to Friday) (6–12 business days in total). Orders placed before 6:00 PM (UK time) start processing the same business day. See our Shipping Policy.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, we email you a tracking link. You can also see your order status on our Track your order page.
Returns & refunds
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn, unwashed items with their tags attached. You also have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Who pays for return shipping?
If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we send you a free prepaid return label. If you changed your mind, the return shipping cost is yours.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and check your return. See our Return & Refund Policy.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Payments are processed by Shopify's secure, PCI DSS compliant checkout; we never see or store your full card details. See our Payment Policy.
Are prices in pounds and do they include VAT?
All prices are in British pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. There are no hidden fees at checkout.
Sizing & care
How do I find my size?
Our pieces use standard UK sizing: XS (UK 6), S (UK 8–10), M (UK 12), L (UK 14), XL (UK 16), 2XL (UK 18), 3XL (UK 20). Use Size guide and Find my size next to the size options to match your bust, waist and hip measurements, and read the fit note for each style. Our size guide also shows EU and US sizes. How do I care for my knitwear?
Care instructions and fabric composition are printed on each garment's label. Follow the label to keep your knit looking its best.
